“Andre Luff: My approach and that of every single member of the Sapphire Eye Care team is to treat you as if you were a personal friend or a relative.
Simon Rogers: Personalised care is important so that as a patient you know that you have the best people looking after you, you know how to get in touch with them if you have any concerns or problems either in the pre or post operative period and that you know that you’re being looked after.
Andrew Luff: We will always discuss complicated cases between members of our surgical team and of course ask elsewhere if that’s appropriate. So we will ensure that you are in the best possible hands. We only operate in hospitals with the best of facilities and top technological procedures. But in addition to that, we provide our care, so we have our nursing staff looking after you and our anaesthetic staff looking after you and that continuity of care and our team approach ensure safety and consistent results.
Simon Rogers: Once you’ve seen the consultants they will be able to sit down with you and discuss all the treatment options available to you, whether that’s a lens surgery or an oculoplastic procedure. And once we’ve discussed the different options we can have a discussion and give you time to reflect on those decisions to make the best choice for you.”
