A lazy eye is usually when you’ve had a squint or a turn as a child, and you may have been patched, but it means the eye will always not be as good as the other eye and will always be what we call lazy. So cataract surgery is not going to improve the laziness, but if you notice that the vision in your lazy eye is deteriorating and getting blurry, then it’s worth considering cataract surgery.
