Eye bags are very common as we age. There's a number of reasons why they might develop faster or more pronounced in some of us. So sometimes that can be factors as simple as diet or lack of sleep, overwork, but often there's quite a strong genetic or familial component to that. So you might well look at some of your family members and see that trait amongst them, and if they particularly bother you, then surgery is an option to improve that.
