Glaucoma can be very painful. It can be a very deep, boring ache in the eye with blurring of vision, nausea and vomiting. This is often associated with the acute closure glaucoma type. You can also get headaches from Glaucoma and that’s a symbol of the pressure being too high. We also have the psychological pain caused by glaucoma when it affects your vision to a point where it affects you and your family.
