Your eyes will look very much the same. You can occasionally see a glint coming off your eye in certain lighting conditions, and your relatives may notice that with a light coming from the side, there’s a very slight sparkle coming off the centre of your eye. But otherwise, nobody will know you’ve ever undergone surgery.
